A Perfect Stay for Solo Travelers!
I stayed for 2 nights in the Classic Silk Room and loved it! The staff, especially Tommy, were so friendly and eager to assist. The room was stylish, bright, and comfortable. Just a heads-up, there's no curtain on the bathroom window, so it gets bright early!

stayed in this property for 5 nights and enjoyed our choice. generally, the place was stylish and had super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff who gave excellent advice and service. the hotel had a central location and it was close to victory mall. the restaurant was great with incredible food at a very reasonable price, we ordered appetising dishes.
Sadly, but there was dust in some areas.

Possibly the best and VERY NICE stay with good service. Particularly good location in the extremely safe area, with a bus stop near the hotel.

Friendly staff made me feel welcome.
My experience was a letdown due to the room's condition. The shower head was rusty, and the water pressure was disappointing. I found a broken comb upon arrival, and the packaging was moldy, which really affected my stay.

The location was marvellous: duty free stores and a supermarket were within walking distance. This hotel was in a nice area. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was tasteful and tidy.
Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

I had a fantastic stay! The decor was gorgeous, especially with the marble design, and the breakfast at Kay's was absolutely delightful! However, the bed was a bit too hard for my liking.

The hotel's decor is charming with a beautiful blend of modern and traditional Thai elements. I appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was, particularly the common areas.
More seating in common areas would be helpful.

The rooms were cozy and the staff were super friendly. We visited the nearby King Power Mall with a fantastic food court, and also enjoyed drinks at Kay's cafe across the street. Breakfast was great, and the place was always clean and well-kept.
The only downside was that the room was a bit small for our group, but everything else made up for it.

The Classic Silk Room was really comfy. The bed and pillows were on point, easy to catch some good sleep. I liked how the space was laid out, felt cozy and functional. Clean and neat, with great shower pressure too. Nice that they provided complimentary water. No complaints here!
